Position Overview: 

As the Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will assist in leading a team of sales associates, ensuring operational efficiency, and creating a positive shopping environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs by motivating and coaching sales associates.

• Provide exemplary customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

• Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's presentation and uphold the GUESS brand image.

• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock replenishment to meet customer demand.

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute promotional events and initiatives effectively.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

About you

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong stockroom and inventory management skills – experience with processing deliveries, stocktakes, and replenishment is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen eye for trends and styles.

• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
