Advanced Cranes and Rigging is seeking an organised and proactive Transport Administrator to support our busy transport operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Transport Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across our transport operations. Working closely with drivers, operations and other internal teams, you’ll help coordinate transport activities, maintain accurate records and ensure our people and fleet are ready to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling drivers, trucks and transport movements, including communicating job details and changes.

• Maintain driver, vehicle and compliance records, including licences, medicals, inductions, training, permits and registrations.

• Support driver onboarding, transport documentation, timesheets and dockets, following up outstanding information as required.

• Assist with vehicle servicing and maintenance scheduling and associated records.

• Liaise with drivers, clients, project teams and internal departments to support efficient day-to-day transport operations.

• Provide general support to the Transport Manager and assist with improving administrative and operational processes.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in transport administration, logistics, operations or a similar role; construction or heavy industry experience is highly regarded.

• Strong administration, organisation and computer skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with drivers, clients and internal teams.

• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

• A practical, proactive approach with strong follow-through.
