Delaware North Australia is hiring a Revenue Manager to join our team based at our Head Office in Docklands, Melbourne. As a Revenue Manager, you will drive pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies that maximise performance across a portfolio of unique properties, including:

• Mindil Beach Casino Resort, Darwin
• Lizard Island, Queensland
• BEST Blacktown, New South Wales
• Pinewood Lodge, Queenstown NZ

With Mindil Beach Casino Resort as your primary focus, you will also support revenue strategy and performance across the portfolio. What will you do?

• Lead pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies across a portfolio of properties, with a primary focus on Mindil Beach Casino Resort
• Develop and implement room revenue, pricing, and inventory strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability
• Analyse booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Manage room rates and inventory across property management systems, distribution channels, and online travel agencies
• Produce revenue forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights to support decision making
• Partner with hotel, sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performance
• Support the hotel leadership team with revenue management expertise and strategic recommendations

More about you

• Demonstrated experience in hotel revenue management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience working with hotel systems including PMS, GDS, CRS, channel managers, and online distribution platforms
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with reporting and forecasting tools
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
• Qualifications in Hotel Management, Tourism, Economics, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
