About the Role

Your caseload will include a mix of NDIS, MyAgedCare and DVA clients across the lifespan, providing meaningful and client-centred occupational therapy services both in the clinic and within the community.

You'll be involved in:

• Ongoing mentoring and clinical support from our Lead OT, who has over 10 years of experience across paediatric and general occupational therapy.
• Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) for NDIS and DVA participants
• NDIS paediatric occupational therapy services
• NDIS & MyAgedCare adult occupational therapy services
• DVA occupational therapy services
• Home visits and community-based assessments
• Clinic-based consultations
• Assistive technology recommendations and reports
• Minor home modification assessments and recommendations
• Goal setting, care planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration

You'll enjoy a balance of working independently in the community while also being supported by a multidisciplinary team within our clinic environment.

What We're Looking For

• Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
• Experience working with NDIS participants and/or DVA clients (desirable)
• Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments (desirable)
• Valid blue card and NDIS workers screening check
• Valid First aid and CPR
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and report writing skills
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients, families, support coordinators, and other health professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Competent computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and clinical software systems
• Passion for ongoing learning and professional development
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

The package:

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per annum (for employees), or competitive rates for contractors
• Industry-leading KPI: Just 5 billable hours per day — genuinely the lowest we've seen in the sector
• Revenue bonus program: Earn 10% of all revenue generated above your target
• Caseload flexibility: Choose your preferred mix of NDIS, DVA, and Home Care clients — we shape the work around you
• Employment flexibility: Employee or contractor — your choice
• Clinical support: Dedicated Clinical Lead for mentoring plus regular supervision from the OT Team Leader
