Are you an elite Master Stylist with a passion for inspiring others? Allura Hairdressing Boutique is looking for a dynamic, positive, and experienced Salon Manager & Master Stylist to lead our beautiful Mornington team while maintaining a premium column of their own.

You'll join a passionate group of stylists in a calm, boutique salon where we champion a "hair integrity first" approach. We believe in your professional longevity and well-being, which is why our team is supported by an in-house educator, a structured front-of-house team, and a continuous education stream.

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Master Craftsmanship: Deliver high-end colouring, cutting, and styling services to our loyal guests.

• Team Leadership: Foster a positive, collaborative, and fun salon culture, mentoring stylists and keeping the team motivated.

• Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee salon flow, stock management, and maintain the 5-star standard Allura is famous for, alongside our Front of House support.

Qualifications & Pre-requisites:

• Certificate III in Hairdressing AND proven experience in a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager, or 2IC role required (Certificate IV in Hairdressing or Management preferred).

• Extensive experience as a Senior/Master Stylist with a strong portfolio in advanced colour and cutting techniques.

• Full, unrestricted right to live and work in Australia (local Mornington Peninsula candidates preferred).
