Apprentice Chef

We are looking for a creative, passionate and enthusiastic apprentice chef to join the team at the highly acclaimed Nu Nu Restaurant. 

Nu Nu is located absolute beachfront in beautiful Palm Cove.

Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu showcases local produce and tropical ingredients in a relaxed environment.

Our culture is very much get in and get the job done as a team, with on the job training provided by experienced senior chefs.

Duties of this full time position will include preparation and service of food in the restaurant as well as involvement in catering for weddings and events at various offsite locations. 

There are great opportunities for growth and development within the business.

We take pride in getting our apprentices qualified and will work closely with Tafe and the right candidate to ensure that this happens within the correct time frames. 

Flexibility with availability is essential.  You will need to be able to work evenings and weekends so own transport to and from work is important. Please contact us to apply.
