Hello Claims is looking for an experienced On-Road Motor Vehicle Assessor to cover Melbourne metro, out on-site conducting assessments. We know the calibre of assessor we want, and we're prepared to pay above market to get them. This package sits above the current Victorian market rate, because we'd rather invest in the right person than settle.

About Hello Claims

Hello Claims is a tech-enabled, end-to-end motor vehicle assessing and accident management business, part of AUB Group (ASX: AUB). We assess well in excess of 100,000 claims a year for major insurers, underwriters and fleets across Australia and New Zealand.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering on-site, on-road assessments across Melbourne metro, attending vehicles and repairers directly

• Preparing assessment reports and cost estimates to a professional standard

• Managing your allocated assessments end to end, within agreed timelines

• Working directly with customers, repairers and insurers to resolve queries and keep claims moving

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as a motor vehicle assessor with a general insurer or accident management business

• Trade-qualified panel beater or mechanic, or equivalent automotive trade qualification

• A full driver's licence an a solid understanding of best-practice repair methodology

• The ability to work autonomously, prioritise your own day, and assess damage accurately without oversight

• Strong attention to detail and comfort picking up new systems and processes quickly
