Do you want a career that means more?
At Anglicare Sydney, we bring the strength, the support and the strategy to make it happen.
We're a well-respected not-for-profit that's been serving society's most vulnerable for over 170 years. Each year, we achieve life-changing outcomes for more than 40,000 people who rely on our person-centred support. And now, we're extending our reach and impact even further.
As our Program Lead - Counselling Services, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of counselling and mental health services across Community and Mission. Combining clinical expertise with inspirational leadership, you'll support counsellors and students to deliver high-quality, evidence-based counselling while continuing to provide therapeutic support to individuals, children, young people and families experiencing complex emotional needs.
Be welcomed into a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven community where we don't just talk about values, we live them.

Working closely with the Senior Professional Services Hub Manager, you'll lead a team of counsellors and work placement students, build staff capability and contribute to the ongoing growth and development of Community and Mission's professional services. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you'll maintain a clinical caseload and deliver evidence-based counselling services to individuals, children, young people and families.
