Business Victor Harbor is seeking an experienced Events Partner to work alongside our team in planning and delivering key BVH events throughout the year.
This is an opportunity for an experienced events professional to become an integral part of BVH’s operations through an outsourced partnership arrangement.
The initial focus will be the delivery of the Community Bank Fleurieu Future Workforce Awards 2026 and the Business Victor Harbor Annual General Meeting, with the ongoing event planning, coordination and delivery across BVH’s annual events program.
About the Opportunity You’ll work closely with the BVH General Manager, Board, sponsors, contractors and stakeholders to deliver professional, engaging and well-organised events.
We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in event planning and deliveryHighly organised and detail-focusedConfident managing suppliers, venues and stakeholdersComfortable managing budgets and timelinesProfessional, proactive and solutions-focusedAble to work independently while becoming part of a small team
Engagement Contract: Subcontract / Events Manager Location: Victor Harbor / Fleurieu Initial Events: Future Workforce Awards & BVH AGM Ongoing: Potential for continued events support throughout the year Remuneration: Scope and fee structure to be negotiated based on experience and agreed deliverables.
