Commis Chef/Chef De Partie, Full Time and Casual Positions Available

Play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests and work closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistent quality food.

Key Qualifications, Attributes, and Responsibilities: 

• Demonstrated experience as a Commis, CDP, or equivalent role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and seek guidance when required to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

• Clear and effective communication skills with excellent organisation to support teamwork and service flow.

• A hands-on approach with a strong work ethic, committed to delivering consistent, high-quality food and service.

• Proven ability to uphold quality and consistency across all menu items and service times.

• Cafe experience desirable but not essential.

• Flexible availability to work across rotating shifts including prep, lunch, and dinner service, as well as weekends and public holidays, in line with club operating hours.

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or Kitchen Management.
