Our established venue in the Randwick Health Precinct is searching for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our café kitchen team.

This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in consistency and quality, and brings a positive attitude to the team every day.

👨‍🍳 About the Role:
Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll run your section, support smooth service, and help maintain high-quality food execution across the day.
This is a daytime-focused role with 5 days per week and no regular night shifts, plus the occasional evening (approx. once per month) for community activations and events.

✨ What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong commis ready to step up (essential)

• Positive attitude and good communication skills

• Ability to run a section and support the Head Chef during service

• Passion for quality, consistency, and team culture

• Experience with prep management and kitchen organisation
