Business Development Manager (Property Management)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our Property Management portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a passion for real estate, relationship building and delivering outstanding client outcomes. You will be responsible for securing new managements, nurturing referral relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the rent roll. You will work closely with our Property Management and Sales teams to deliver a seamless experience for landlords and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new property management opportunities

• Conduct rental appraisals and market assessments

• Convert prospective landlords into management clients

• Build and maintain a pipeline of investor leads

• Develop referral relationships with Real Estate Sales Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants, Financial Planners, Buyers Agents, Developers and Conveyancers

• Conduct landlord meetings and presentations

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Maintain ongoing contact with existing and prospective clients

• Identify opportunities to increase portfolio growth

• Attend networking events and community functions

• Making videos /social Media content for PM Team

About you

• Previous experience in Property Management, Real Estate Sales or Business Development

• Current NSW Licence

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and target driven

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Desirable: Existing network of investors and property owners

• Desirable: Experience in rental appraisals

• Desirable: Experience growing a rent roll

• Good with social Media handle
