Telehealth Medical Practitioner

About the role

Polln is a digital-first healthcare clinic delivering a telehealth model centred around ethical medicinal cannabis prescribing and evidence-based integrative healthcare. We're expanding our practitioner network and are looking for clinicians to join Polln as a Telehealth Practitioner, delivering high-quality care to patients across Australia. Polln supports quality over quantity, including 30-minute consults for new patients, with a focus on continuity of care and ethical prescribing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations (video) with new and returning patients

• Provide ethical, evidence-informed clinical assessment and treatment planning

• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and patient notes

• Prescribe in line with best practice, clinical evidence, and patient needs

• Collaborate with Polln's support team including nursing, admin, and pharmacy

• Participate in onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing education sessions

• Support patients with continuity of care across a broad range of presentations

About you

• Current AHPRA registration (relevant to your profession)

• Strong patient communication and consultation skills

• Interest in alternative therapies and evidence-informed care

• A flexible, collaborative approach to patient support

• Provide between 10 to 25 hours consulting hours per week
