The opportunity to join our team

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join our Advice Operations team supporting Bridges Financial Services. This is a great opportunity to build foundational experience within Advice and develop a strong understanding of client service delivery. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, gaining exposure to Advice Practices and working closely with experienced teams across the business.

You will build capability in client engagement, systems and workflows, providing a strong platform for future career progression within Advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email and mail
• Manage inbound enquiries and outbound follow-up activity for Advice Practices
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in Xplan or relevant systems
• Support scheduling and coordination of client meetings
• Collaborate with Practice teams to achieve first call resolution where possible
• Provide administrative and operational support as required
• Ensure client needs are met in a timely and professional manner
• Work proactively to support business goals and contribute to team outcomes

What you will bring:

• Customer service experience with a passion for delivering great outcomes
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes and the Advice environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Confidence using systems and managing multiple tasks
• Reliable and accountable approach to work
• A positive, can-do attitude and desire to build a career within Advice
• Financial Planning qualifications highly regarded
