Customer Service Coordinator

We’re looking a professional, articulate and engaging customer service team member who brings warmth, confidence, resilience and initiative to their interactions. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, confidently managing inbound call and email enquiries in a busy environment.

This full-time, Monday–Friday role (8.30am–5.00pm) is based at our Brisbane Airport precinct head office and is all about delivering outstanding service and making every customer interaction count.

Key responsibilities 

• Manage all incoming customer inquiries and requests in person and via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Process customer orders, returns and exchanges with a high degree of attention to detail, taking care to follow process and procedure
• Maintain and update customer records and order details in our system
• Liaise with other departments, such as Dispatch, Warehouse and Sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Provide product information and advice to customers, demonstrating strong product knowledge
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the broader team

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency with exceptional communication skills, an engaging personality, a sense of humour and the ability to build rapport and deescalate issues
• A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to think on your feet  
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Proficient in the use of CRM systems (SAP highly desirable) and Microsoft Office suite desirable
