What will you do?

Oversee the daily operations of the retail kitchenDevelop innovative menu concepts that align with current food trends and guest preferencesProvide strong leadership, mentorship and hands-on training to foster a high-performing, motivated teamSet and uphold exceptional food standards through efficient systems and processesAssist in managing department budgets, food costs, utilising IT systems to drive efficiency and profitabilityManaging performance and labour costs for permanent and casual kitchen staffChampioning on-site food safety and HACCP accreditation

More About You

Proven experience managing retail kitchen operationsA strong track record of leading and inspiring diverse culinary teamsExpertise in menu development, stock management, and cost controlStrong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business outcomesRelevant culinary qualificationsProficiency in business technology, including stock control systems, spreadsheets, and accounting softwareExcellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
