EMPLOYING NOW - TSV Security Officers & Crowd Controllers $35.53 - $81.76ph

ENGAGING NOW  -  Assetpro Security are wanting to hire competent and capable Security Officer and Crowd Control License holders to join our Event security team at Queensland Country Bank Stadium (QCBS) and other events in and around Townsville.

To join our Security team you must hold a current QLD Class 1 Security Providers License, with a Crowd Control function. You must have a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or agree to undertake one. Very easy to achieve and can be performed on-line if you prefer. 

Aside from the amazing NRL & NRLW Cowboys matches performed at QCBS, the Stadium will also be hosting major events with international Rugby Union, The Socceroos, The Rugby League World Cup and of course the Foo Fighters and Guns n Roses.

Townsville and The Stadium are now making their mark in the event space with outstanding national and international sporting events along with engaging major music artists and bands for our regions enjoyment.  

If you already work within the security industry, this is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income at excellent Security Services Industry Award rates with the additional 25% casual loading.  

The wage range is from $35.53 - $81.76 per hour for our Licensed Security Crowd Controllers.

Various roles within a stadium are:

• Bagsearch

• Wanding

• Field of Play

• VIP Escorts

• Player and Coach Movements

• CCTV and Communications Officers

• RSA Officers

• Back of House and Accreditations Officers

• Rovers and Crowd Management

• Team Leaders and Supervisors

• Etc,.

We desire staff who have pride in their presentation, understand their role within our event spaces, and can follow the briefs provided. We need staff who are polite, friendly, respectful and can source solutions to situations.

Not sure if you have time?  The good thing about this work is that the Stadium schedule is available on the Qld Country bank Stadium website, so you can plan and be prepared to say yes to working each event. Shifts are from 5 - 12 hours. 

If you are still completing your security training and/or waiting for your security license to come through, let us know. We may be in a position to onboard you early and get you some experience and earn money while you are waiting for your license to come through.
