Medical Admin/Receptionist

The Role: 

Greenslopes Obstetrics & Gynaecology is a well-established specialist practice. Our team consists of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, Endocrinologists, Allied Health Professionals and reception staff. 

We are looking for an experienced medical administrator/receptionist 5 days a week to join our expanding team (Monday to Friday).

About You:

This position is split between our our rooms at Greenslopes Private Hospital and our Red Hill admin hub. You will need to be a team player, have a friendly disposition to your colleagues and patients, be able to take, follow, and give instructions, and be a self-starter with regard to using your initiative and logic.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Patient Co-ordination

• Reception duties

• Recording notes

• Generating hospital quotes & discussing fees

• Data entry via Genie medical software

• Private Health Fund & Medicare billing

• Hicaps billing for Allied Health

• Instrument Sterilisation

• General reception duties
