Warehouse & Production Specialist

Our head office and warehouse is located in Sydney, Australia, with others in QLD and Auckland, New Zealand. 

THE OPPORTUNITY: 

The Warehouse & Production Specialist is reliable, proactive and hands-on. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in getting things done correctly the first time, and is always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency. You will play a key role in warehouse operations while taking ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.  

• Coordinate freight collections and dispatch activities.  

• Load and unload trucks and shipping containers safely.  

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.  

• Receive incoming goods and complete quality assurance inspections.  

• Maintain organised warehouse storage systems and stock locations.  

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning.  

• Conduct stock checks and stocktakes.  

• Assist with manufacture and assembly of products.  

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.  

• Suggest and implement improvements to systems and processes.
