We are seeking passionate and motivated Pharmacists to join our team at our Sandgate Aged Care Pharmacy.

• Deliver high-quality medication management services to aged care facilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and healthcare teams

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and legislative requirements

• Provide an exceptional customer experience across all interactions

• Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions

• Support, mentor, and supervise Pharmacy Assistants and Technicians

• Assist Pharmacy Management in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist

• Experience in community and/or hospital pharmacy

• Strong dispensing and clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability

• Compassionate, patient-focused approach

• Ability to build trust with doctors, nurses, and aged care teams
