Recruitment Officer

Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking 2 x Recruitment Officers to join our client, a leading construction and engineering company. You'll be part of a collaborative, well-established recruitment team, supporting across a series of large-scale maintenance projects.
 
There are 2 positions available. 1 for a white-collar recruiter to manage end to end recruitment of supervisors, engineers and project managers etc. The second role is a blue-collar recruiter which is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll manage recruitment for boilermakers, fitters and operators etc. 
 
We're looking for someone with shutdown maintenance recruiting experience, who enjoys building relationships and taking ownership of their work.
 
Details:

Location: Henderson, WA
Type: Temp-to-Perm 
Hours: Full-time, office-based (no remote work)
Pay Rate: $45 - $50 p/h + super (depending on experience)
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and post engaging job ads while maintaining active talent pipelines
• Shortlist, interview and guide candidates through each stage of the process
• Collect and verify pre-employment and compliance documentation
• Keep candidate records and recruitment data accurate and up to date
• Provide daily updates and weekly reports to hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth mobilisation of workers
• Identify new sourcing channels and creative ways to attract candidates
• Maintain compliance with company recruitment procedures and deadlines
• Assist with mobilisation when required, working closely with the dedicated Recruitment Officer who handles mobilisation and compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Experience recruiting blue-collar roles (construction or maintenance ideally) 
• A confident communicator who's comfortable making phone calls
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle (mobilisation knowledge is beneficial)
• Positive attitude, team mindset, and willingness to learn
• Experience with platforms such as SuccessFactors, INX, Avetta/Pegasus, Enable, or SitePass will be highly regarded
