About the role
We are seeking a Technical Support Officer - Equipment Loan Centre to join Faculty Operations, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice.
Join our technical team and play a key role in supporting the Faculty’s teaching, learning, and research activities. As a Technical Support Officer, you will provide frontline technical support to staff and students, manage equipment loans and reservations, prepare and maintain equipment kits, and assist with the safe and effective operation of technical facilities. Working in a collaborative and customer-focused environment, you will help deliver an outstanding learning experience by ensuring equipment and facilities are ready, reliable, and fit for purpose.
This hands-on role offers the opportunity to develop technical skills across a diverse range of equipment and disciplines while contributing to asset management, maintenance, logistics, and continuous service improvement. We are seeking a proactive team player with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
