In this role, you'll:

Lead a team responsible for the operational support, performance and ongoing modernisation of the DRIVES platform. You will manage a high-performing team of ICT and application support specialists to ensure the availability, stability and continuous improvement of a critical business system that underpins regulatory and customer services across NSW. 

You will lead 24/7 operational support, drive service excellence, manage vendors and technical stakeholders, and oversee incident, problem, change and release processes. Working in a complex and highly regulated environment, you'll champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability, operational efficiency and customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with governance, risk and service management frameworks. 

This is a Permanent position based in Parramatta. TfNSW Workplace presence policy applies.

About you

Your leadership experience in ICT operations, application support or enterprise technology environments will see you excel in managing business-critical systems, leading technical teams and delivering reliable services against demanding service level commitments. You have strong operational management expertise, a customer-focused mindset and a proven ability to balance service delivery, risk management and strategic improvement priorities.

You're recognised as a collaborative and resilient technology leader, skilled at building high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders and driving operational excellence. Experienced in ITIL-based service management, vendor management, governance and production support, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where sound judgement, accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the organisation.
