In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team contributing to the analysis and provision of advice to support operational policy arrangements that meet organisational and business objectives.

This role will see you support operations by reviewing and providing advice on matters and where required updating and clarifying information for a variety of stakeholders, particularly Service NSW.

You will provide a range of project management and support services to ensure operational policy documents align with road regulatory outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to the review, development and implementation of plans and strategies to address current and future challenges. 

 
Please note this role is currently located in Parramatta, however consideration will be given to candidates at other locations where there is access to DRIVES.

About you

Your strong understanding and application of legislation and policies formed across a career working in government or a regulatory organisation will see you excel in this role ensuring accuracy in the provision of information and the ability to interpret and clarify in the simplest way complex operational processes to lead to desired outcomes. 

You're recognised as an experienced operational professional in areas of regulatory issues particularly those associated with road safety regulations including registration and licensing, skilled at stakeholder engagement and delivering service improvement iniatives, your previous experience in related operational areas in TfNSW or Service NSW is highly desirable.
