We are a not-for-profit, community-based organisation providing education and care to children from birth to 12 years of age across Tasmania. The opportunity
This is a new, locally based People & Culture role supporting our Northern Tasmania services.
Working closely with our Regional Manager, Service Managers and the broader People & Culture team, you will be a trusted partner to leaders – helping them navigate people matters confidently, build their management capability and make sound, practical decisions.
You will:
About you
You are an experienced people practitioner who enjoys working alongside managers and helping them work through real-world people challenges.
You will bring:
A relevant Human Resources qualification or equivalent experience is required. Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce will be highly regarded.
