We are a not-for-profit, community based organisation providing education and care from birth to 12 years of age across Tasmania. The opportunity

Role

This is a new part-time (20 hours per week) opportunity that will be based in our Launceston Office to support our teams across Northern Tasmania. This role will:

Partner with our Regional Manager and Service Managers to build people management capability Provide trusted, risk-based and practical advice to our ManagersUndertake employee-related investigations Guide Managers through managing performance and misconductRegularly spend time at LGT sites across Northern Tasmania

About You

Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring Managers on people management Partnering experience in People and Culture and/or extensive people and operations management experienceGreat at building and maintaining professional relationships Demonstrated experience guiding and coaching managers on complex employee relations matters Can align with and work collaboratively with a remote People and Culture team while servicing local stakeholder needs
