Payroll Officer

The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Full Time Payroll Officer to join a collaborative team in our Kewdale office. Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will help ensure smooth payroll operations across the team.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll for our workforce
• Providing timely and accurate responses to payroll-related queries
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, company policies, and enterprise agreements
• Delivering exceptional internal customer service to employees across the business

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1-3 years proven experience in a similar role, as well as the following attributes:

• Understanding of Australian tax and employment laws
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Diligent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to problem solve and foster collaboration and cooperation
