Centurion – Asia Pacific Rentals and Services supplies high-quality, certified equipment solutions to the mining, energy, industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Our range includes water and wastewater treatment services, power generation, pumps, winches, and lifting equipment.

We are looking for a self-driven individual with a proven track record of success within the heavy industry sector.

What you’ll do

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation across the Group.
• Support employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.
• Co-ordinate HR projects, audits, and reports 
• Maintain HR platforms, systems, and workflows 
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

Selection Criteria

• Previous experience maintaining HR information systems; Employment Hero (highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong organisational and time management skills,
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce/HR or a related discipline (highly regarded but not essential).

The successful candidate will need to complete a pre-employment medical and provide an updated National Police Clearance.
