IT Consulting Firm seeking IT Support Technician passionate about technology

Avantgarde is a specialised consultancy firm delivering projects to the government, non for profit and enterprise sectors.  We are looking to take on an IT Support Technician with a strong passion for technology that would like to expand their skills by working alongside a team of experts in their field.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• This role is customer facing so good communication skills is essential.

• Must be passionate about technology

• Good knowledge and understanding of the Windows Operating system

• Virus Removal and desktop imaging

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Windows Server Administration experience

• Basic understanding of Linux administration

• Office 365 administration skills

• Experience with virtualised server environments

• Good understanding of basic networking

• Driver’s License is essential

• CompITA A+ and Net+ or Diploma in Network Engineering are nice to haves.
