About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Administrator to join our supply chain team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.  This role is initially for a fixed period of 12 months, with a view to extending.

As a Junior Logistics Administrator, you will support the day-to-day coordination of shipments, inventory management, warehouse activities, and logistics documentation. You will work closely with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to help ensure the efficient movement of goods and maintain accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities

• Support transport bookings, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.

• Process and maintain accurate inventory transactions in SAP and logistics systems.

• Complete reconciliations on inventory and report all discrepancies.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams on inbound and outbound orders, priorities, and documentation.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain shipment, inventory, and receipt records.

• Verify freight and logistics invoices against expected costs and escalate variances.

• Prepare logistics documentation including labels, packing slips, and compliance paperwork.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Participate in training and continuously develop logistics, SAP, and supply chain knowledge.

 About You

You are a proactive team player with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You enjoy working with data, systems, and people to ensure operational excellence.

You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with being highly detail-oriented, capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy in their work and thrive in working in a fast-paced environment.

While not essential, coming with a basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation operations will be highly regarded. Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or customer service role is also advantageous.

Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, or similar business applications will support success in the role and provide a strong foundation for further development within the supply chain function.
