1. Client DescriptionThe organization is a leading global environmental and utility services provider specializing in large-scale water treatment and infrastructure solutions. They focus on delivering critical resource infrastructure and sustainable utilities management across Australia.
2. ScopeLocation: Based in Perth, WA (candidates must be local).Contract Type: 18-Month Fixed-Term Contract.Timeline: Urgent requirement, targeting a start date within the next 4 weeks (ASAP).Core Mandate: Serve as the frontline field leader responsible for driving day-to-day safety, schedule execution on the ground, and resource management.
3. Key ResponsibilitiesSubcontractor Management: Provide extensive field supervision of trades and subcontractors on active civil construction sites.Technical Supervision: Direct on-site operations across heavy civil work packages, specifically monitoring bulk earthworks, piling, concrete pouring, and structural steel erection.Schedule Execution: Lead ground-level execution to ensure construction activities meet planned milestones and project timelines.Safety & Team Coordination: Drive the site's safety culture, facilitate mandatory daily toolbox talks, and effectively manage on-site resources.

QualificationsExperience: Proven track record with extensive experience supervising multi-disciplinary trades and subcontractors within heavy civil construction environments.Technical Mastery: Deep, practical knowledge of earthworks, piling methodologies, concrete placement, and structural steel assembly.Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership and resource management skills, a proactive approach to safety enforcement, and the ability to hit the ground running under tight mobilization timelines.
