About the role
About Us:
Our Company is evolving, and we are currently preparing for an extended period of growth across our business within our Civil & Construction, Bulk & Detailed Earthworks, Pipeline and Dewatering operations. As part of this expansion, we are strengthening our leadership capability across key projects in Western Australia.
The Role:
We are currently seeking experienced Civil and Bulk Earthworks Supervisors to lead and coordinate operational teams across our Project Sites. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-standard service delivery, and supporting the ongoing development of team members.
Please note this role is open to candidates based in Western Australia only.
Roster: 14/7
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, support and supervise daily activities across site service teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Schedule and allocate tasks, labour, and resources effectively.
• Liaise with site management and contractors to coordinate work
• Identify and report hazards, issues, and maintenance requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily records and documentation.
About you:
• Minimum of 5 years of Civil Construction Supervisory experience, including extensive bulk earthworks experience.
• Completed Schedule 26 Competencies and Examination.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors
• Technical knowledge of construction and civil processes
• Effective team leadership by displaying skilful communication, technical expertise, promotion of key business values and ability to mentor and coach employees
