About the role:
Unitywater is seeking a strategic and influential leader to join our team as Customer Delivery Strategic Planning and Change Manager.
This is a pivotal role responsible for shaping the future of Customer Delivery by developing and executing a long-term business plan aligned to Unitywater’s Strategic Ambition 2030, as well as our broader People, Sustainability and Customer strategies.
Working across the organisation, you will bring together people, strategy and change to strengthen operational performance, enable transformation and position Customer Delivery for sustainable growth.
In this highly collaborative role, you will:
Lead the development of a five-year business plan and annual rolling programs for Customer Delivery.Embed best-practice change management to enable operational excellence and successful transformation.Provide strategic advice and early engagement across enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.Facilitate cross-functional planning workshops, building alignment and driving shared outcomes.Identify and lead opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation and operational efficiency.

Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, change management, project management or a related field.Proven experience in strategic planning and change leadership in a utility or asset-intensive environment.Strong understanding of Operations and Maintenance functions in large, complex organisations.Demonstrated success leading transformation programs and embedding change.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.High-level capability in financial and performance tracking, project management, and continuous improvement.
