About the Opportunity 

Reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will help lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving customer satisfaction, sales volume and profitability. 

• Assist in leading and developing a successful sales team. 

• Coach and mentor Sales Consultants. 

• Drive enquiry management and conversion opportunities. 

• Monitor sales performance and departmental targets. 

• Support exceptional Toyota guest experiences. 

• Facilitate training and development activities. 

What We Are Looking For 

• Automotive sales experience. 

• Leadership or mentoring experience. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence. 

• Current Queensland Driver Licence. 

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
