About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Order Support person to join our Domestic Sales Team. You will support our sales and customer service team by handling day‑to‑day enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely delivery updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone enquiries and provide helpful, timely support

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently

• Enter customer and product data with a high level of attention to detail

• Check delivery status and update customers as required

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

• Assist with stock or product availability enquiries

• Maintain customer records and documentation

• Support the sales team with general administrative tasks

• Help resolve customer issues or delays in a professional and friendly manner

Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and the ability to build positive relationships

• Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused approach.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

• Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumable products is preferred but not essential.

• We also welcome applicants with no prior experience — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
