About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support professional to join our sales and customer service team on a full-time basis in Padstow NSW 2211.

Working alongside the National Sales Manager, you will be the backbone of our sales function, managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.

What you'll be doing

• Responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy

• Processing customer orders, quotes and sales documentation accurately and efficiently

• Providing product and service information to customers to support their purchasing decisions

• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met and deadlines are maintained

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system

• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, data entry and document preparation

• Supporting sales team members with follow-ups, scheduling and general assistance as required

• Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, ideally with sales support responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly

• Strong organisational and time management abilities with capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency with computer systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications

• A customer-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for providing high-quality service

• Ability to work collaboratively with team members whilst also demonstrating initiative and independence

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges

• Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record keeping
