Sales Support & Customer Service

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Sales Support professional to join Aletek’s growing team. This role plays a critical part in enabling our sales function to perform at its best—combining customer service, data management, and operational coordination.

You’ll act as the central hub between Sales, Customers, and Operations—ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and a consistently high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

• Manage inbound enquiries, orders, and customer communications

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations

• Deliver responsive customer service and resolve or escalate issues

• Ensure accurate handover of orders to operations

Sales Operations & Order Management

• Manage shared inboxes and prioritise workflow effectively

• Process sales orders end-to-end with accuracy and timely updates

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams

• Monitor delivery timelines and communicate changes proactively

• Identify efficient stock allocation and supply solutions

Data Management & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain customer pricing files and contract data

• Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy across pricing and customer records

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance tracking

• Analyse customer spend and KPIs for reviews and reporting

• Coordinate administrative support for inventory reviews

Sales & Marketing Support

• Develop presentations, catalogues, and marketing collateral

• Maintain CRM data integrity, including customer records and email lists

• Support targeted campaigns and customer communications

• Assist in servicing unassigned accounts where required

General Support

• Support trade shows, promotions, and team initiatives

• Provide reporting and administrative support to the Sales Team and APAC Sales Manager

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong analytical capability with confidence working across data and systems

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• A proactive, solutions-focused team player

• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service mindset with a professional approach

Experience & Skills

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration (preferred)

• Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (preferred)

• Strong Microsoft Excel capability (data handling, analysis, reporting)

• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
