About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Sales and Customer Support Officer to support our customers, sales team, and accounts receivable processes. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries, order processing, sales documentation, invoicing, and account follow-up.

You’ll be part of a supportive Brisbane team, working closely with customers, the sales team, and internal departments to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role would suit someone who is organised, confident communicating with customers, enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and has strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely customer service by phone, email, and in person.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain positive customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up.

• Coordinate with internal departments to help meet customer expectations.

• Generate and issue customer invoices.

• Monitor customer accounts and follow up outstanding payments within agreed trading terms.

• Work with customers and the sales team to help resolve account queries.

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems.

• Assist with general office administration and filing.

• Support other departments during busy periods where required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be organised, customer-focused, and confident working across a range of tasks. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or accounts receivable.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good organisational and time management skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Experience using ERP or accounting software.

• A professional phone manner.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience using NetSuite or Salesforce, which would be highly regarded.
