About the role
The Role
Camberwell Girls Grammar School is seeking an exceptional educational leader to shape the future of inclusive education in our Junior School. This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly regarded Learning Diversity team within a school committed to educational excellence, innovation and learning designed for all. Working closely with the Head of Junior School and key leaders across the School, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every student can access, participate in and thrive in learning.
Reporting to the Head of Junior School, you will lead the Junior School Learning Diversity Department, overseeing a contemporary approach to inclusive education focused on early identification, intervention and teacher capability-building. A teaching allocation is included, ensuring the successful candidate remains strongly connected to classroom practice, student learning and the everyday work of teachers.
