IT Product Manager – Supply Chain (SAP EWM)

We are looking for a talented Product Manager - Supply Chain to join our team specializing in IT Business Solutions for our Business Technology and Digital Transformation Division in Scoresby, Melbourne with a primary focus in SAP S4HANA capabilities.

Location – This role could also be based in other major cities like - Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.

This is a Hybrid role.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Global Template deployments for the supply chain functional stream across APAC, providing direction to cross-functional teams and ensuring successful execution at scale.

• Drive IT–business engagement for Supply Chain, setting priorities, guiding solution design, and leading teams to deliver scalable, high-impact technology solutions.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Partner with business functions to elicit and analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard methodologies.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on large-scale system implementations, enhancements, and solution validation.

• Design and document innovative solutions that meet technical, security, compliance, and business needs using SAP S/4 HANA and other platforms.

• Drive change impact assessments, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and process adaptation across organizations.

• Mentor junior analysts, foster effective team dynamics, and apply Business Relationship Management practices to deliver value.

• Contribute to strategic projects involving ERP optimization, cloud integrations, and emerging technologies including Blue Yonder and MuleSoft.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, business systems analysis, and managing complex application landscapes, with demonstrated progression into leadership roles.

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules (e.g., MM, PP, EWM, WM, IM, LE), with proven experience leading solution design and deployment. Strong focus on EWM.

• Proven leadership capability, with experience managing cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving outcomes in complex environments.

• Demonstrated experience with Agile, DevOps, and modern product delivery frameworks, with the ability to lead teams in adopting best practices.

Nice to Have Skills

• SAP certifications across multiple S/4HANA modules especially EWM.

• Experience leading large-scale, multi-region transformation or deployment programs, with accountability for delivery outcomes.
