Chef

Tucci is looking for an experienced, qualified Chef to join our kitchen team as we head into the busy summer season.

Located on the Applecross foreshore, Tucci is a fast-paced, modern Italian restaurant serving approachable Italian food in a busy, professional environment.

Working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll be part of a hands-on kitchen team and work across all sections, including fresh pasta, grill and cold larder.

• Strong focus on consistency, presentation and quality

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Chef with solid restaurant experience

• Is confident working a busy service

• Can work independently across multiple sections

• Has strong food preparation and organisational skills

• Works well as part of a professional kitchen team

• Has an interest in Italian food and cooking

Restaurant Industry Award wages apply, with classification and rates based on experience and skill level.
