The Opportunity

My FootDr Casula is seeking a friendly and dedicated Receptionist to join our Podiatry clinic team on a casual basis.  The successful candidate will also be required to provide coverage as needed at our nearby clinic based in Moorebank.

The role is suited to someone with a "can do" attitude, a background in administration and someone who is process driven. There are endless development opportunities for the right person!

Key responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the clinic.

• Efficiently manage patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments.

• Assist customers with fitting and purchasing footwear, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and products.

• Ensure all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained according to our stringent hygiene standards.

• Provide assistance to podiatrists as needed, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

• Manage patient records, handle billing and payments, and perform general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have: 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (including phone manner)

• Self-motivated team player with a "can do" attitude and professional presentation

• Proficient use of Microsoft suite 

• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail 

• Previous experience within a healthcare setting is highly regarded
