We're recruiting for an exciting 9-month contract within a government organisation, offering a competitive hourly rate, hybrid working arrangements, and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects.
 
What's on Offer

• 9-month contract with an immediate start 
• $67.70 - $88.94 per hour + Super (PAYG)
• $75.82 - $99.61 per hour (ABN)
• Hybrid working arrangement - minimum 3 days per week in the office
• Dickson, ACT location
• Opportunity to work on meaningful government projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
• Assist with procurement activities in line with government policies and procedures.
• Prepare procurement documentation, reports, contracts and project correspondence.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support contract administration and supplier management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

About You
 
To be successful, you will have:

• Experience in project coordination, project support or project administration.
• Procurement and/or contract management experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Previous government experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
