The Project Administrator supports the delivery of the Alternative Fuels (AF) and Alternative Raw Materials (ARM) capital projects at Berrima Cement Works by providing administrative, coordination and project controls support to the Senior Project Manager, Project Managers and Construction Managers.

The role is responsible for maintaining structured project documentation, supporting reporting processes, coordinating communication and ensuring alignment between project activities and governance requirements.

In addition, the role supports project controls and grant reporting activities, assisting in tracking progress against project milestones, maintaining supporting documentation, and ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent and audit‑ready.

The role requires a highly organised and proactive individual capable of supporting multi‑discipline project teams in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment, with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to reporting and documentation.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this is a 20 month fixed term contract based on site at New Berrima, NSW.

Your day will involve:

• Project Administration & Coordination
• Project Controls Support
• Grant Reporting Support
  • Support preparation of grant reporting submissions in line with funding requirements
  • Assist in tracking project delivery against approved milestones, reporting deadlines and funding agreement requirements
  • Maintain and organise supporting documentation including milestone evidence, progress records, cost documentation and contractor deliverables, ensuring follow up with project team members to obtain required inputs for reporting
• Procurement & Commercial Support including raising purchase orders, tracking approvals and invoicing, and assisting with contractor onboarding documentation.
• Document Control & Compliance  
• Site Support including on‑site administrative support during construction and commissioning and assisting with contractor mobilisation and onboarding.

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience in project administration or coordination roles
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Experience in construction, engineering or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
