This position involves assessing client needs, gathering financial information, and recommending suitable finance products across residential, commercial, and business lending. Day-to-day activities include liaising with lenders, preparing and submitting applications, following up on approvals, and ensuring a smooth settlement process. The role also requires providing clear explanations of loan structures, fees, and conditions, maintaining accurate records, and complying with relevant regulations and industry standards. The Finance Broker will actively build and manage a pipeline of clients, nurture referral relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to interpret lending criteria and product features.Experience in Financial Planning, including assessing client objectives and risk profiles.Practical understanding of Commercial Finance, including business lending and asset finance solutions.Familiarity with Insurance offerings related to lending, such as income protection and loan protection products.Relevant qualifications in finance, business, or a related discipline; accreditation as a finance or mortgage broker is highly desirable.Proven client-facing experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.High attention to detail, sound analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and continuous professional development.
