Finflex Loans We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Broker to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their financial circumstances, borrowing requirements and financial objectives, and assist them in identifying suitable lending solutions.

The role involves assessing clients’ financial positions, researching and comparing finance products from a panel of lenders, preparing and managing loan applications, and supporting clients throughout the lending process from initial consultation through to approval and settlement. You will be expected to provide a high standard of professional service while maintaining strong relationships with clients, lenders, referral partners and other stakeholders. The position also requires careful attention to compliance, responsible lending obligations, privacy requirements and accurate record keeping.

  Career-development opportunities within a growing finance brokerage.   Task & responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their financial circumstances and borrowing requirements.   Assess clients’ income, expenses, liabilities, credit history and borrowing capacity.

  Research and compare suitable finance products from a panel of lenders.   Recommend appropriate lending solutions based on each client’s needs and circumstances.   Clearly explain interest rates, fees, repayments, loan conditions and associated risks.

  Prepare and submit accurate loan applications and supporting documentation.   Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants, valuers and other relevant parties.   Manage loan applications from initial assessment through to approval and settlement.

  Maintain accurate client records and comply with responsible lending, privacy and regulatory requirements.   Build strong relationships with existing clients, lenders and referral partners.   Follow up with clients and identify refinancing or additional finance opportunities.

  Meet agreed customer-service, compliance and business-development targets.   Qualification & experience Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required.   Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management is highly regarded.
