We're looking for a warm, organised and professional Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator who genuinely loves people and takes pride in delivering five-star service.

YOUR ROLE

You'll be the first and last impression of the clinic and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for every client.

• Welcome and assist clients on arrival
• Manage appointments and clinic schedules
• Handle phone, email and online enquiries
• Process payments and maintain client records
• Support retail skincare recommendations and sales
• Manage appointment confirmations and recalls
• Assist with clinic administration and daily operations
• Support social media and content creation activities

ABOUT YOU

• Previous reception or customer service experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong organisational ability
• Professional presentation
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional service

Highly desirable:
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness or medical clinics
• Retail sales experience
• Social media confidence and marketing skills
• Interest in skincare and aesthetics
