The RoleYou will provide domestic electrical maintenance and installation services while delivering professional, reliable and customer-focused solutions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Completing domestic electrical maintenance, installations and repairs.Diagnosing electrical faults and providing safe, effective solutions.Working with customers to identify and plan the right solution for their homes.Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.Using our field technology and upfront-pricing system to provide a consistent customer experience.Ensuring all work complies with applicable safety requirements, regulations and Australian Standards.Maintaining a clean, safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will have:A current Victorian Electrical Licence.A current Victorian driver’s licence, with a manual licence preferred.Experience in domestic electrical service work.First-class fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail.Excellent customer-service and communication skills.A commitment to quality workmanship and professional conduct.
Mandatory RequirementsApplicants must have the right to work in Australia.A satisfactory police check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements for appointment to this role.
