Sales Operations Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail oriented individual to join our Southern Highlands team as a Sales Operations Administrator. As the backbone of our sales team you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly by supporting with administration, marketing, compliance and client coordination.

About the role:
You'll provide exceptional customer service to our teams.Liaise with clients, sales agents & external stakeholders.Process & manage property sales files from listing through to settlement.Processing of in house documentation, advertising, marketing & reporting.Data base management.Office coordination.Compliance checks.Ad hoc administration tasks.
About you:
You'll be a motivated, can do team player.Holds a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents LicenceHave a driver's licence and car.You'll have an eye for detail and be process driven.Outstanding communication skills.Embrace technology like we do and train others.Professional image and phone manner.Organisation skills that leave nothing to chance.Ability to problem solve.Available to work Monday to Friday.
