The Role: 

• Lead client engagements and provide expert tax and business advisory services to private enterprises, family groups, trusts, partnerships and emerging businesses 

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships 

• Coach, mentor and develop team members while sharpening your leadership and managerial skills 

• Contribute to business development activities and identify opportunities for client growth 

• Specialise in a sector you’re passionate about while utilising world-class tools, technology and resources 

About You: 

• 5–7 years’ experience in professional services 

• Previous experience managing a team and developing staff 

• Strong technical expertise in tax and business advisory 

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills 

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills 

• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively 

• Committed to ongoing professional development and growth 

• Exposure to business development activities is highly regarded
